MC Starterkulturen ZM Plus für 50kg is a concentrated culture of heterofermentative lactobacilli and homofermentative lactococci as well as nitrate/nitrite-reducing, catalase-positive, flavour-forming MC Starterkulturen ZM Plus für 50kg acts as a protective culture and provides reliable protection against listeria.
At a storage temperature of <4 °C, the shelf life is reduced to 8 months.
Transport times of one week at ambient temperature do not affect the quality of the product.
