Vegan compounds for meat alternatives without methylcellulose

Fans of conscious nutrition are increasingly looking for ‘natural’ foods without long lists of ingredients. In the further development of our vegan compounds, we at AVO have therefore focused on a so-called ‘clean label’ and created three new products that do not require the previously widely used thickening agent methyl cellulose - without compromising on flavour or consistency. The new generation of compounds can be used to produce vegan nuggets, schnitzel and other products with a high degree of success. Two of the three new compounds are even completely free from additives and can be labelled accordingly.

From burgers to bacon: 100% plant-based is also possible

With the new Vegavo compounds without methycellulose, you can create plant-based alternatives to popular meat products such as schnitzel, nuggets and burgers in no time at all. You can even create a vegan version of savoury pancetta thanks to the Vegavo complete mixes with texturising plant proteins and finely balanced spices.
