We are a dynamic medium-sized company in the spice industry with headquaters in Belm near Osnabrück (Lower Saxony, Germany). In total, we have approximately 650 employees. Of the 70 field associates, approximately one third act exclusively as technical consultants, providing expert advice for traditional butchers and meat departments of the retailers. In the administrative office, sales department, lab and product development, a dedicated team of 112 persons are employed.
AVO provides training in commercial professions, e.g., "industrial sales", and offers special on-the-job trainings for food technologists. Students who would like to serve an internship at AVO are always welcome.
